The leak check is $95 and you pay at the visit. If I do the repair, I credit it.
Do you bring your own tools?
Yes. Drain clearing and repairs include my tools. Fixtures like toilets and faucets are extra.
Can you do a monthly check for my rental?
Yes. One visit looks at faucets, toilets and the water heater, and I send you a short note of what I found.
What if the leak is bigger than expected?
I stop and tell you before doing more. Any extra work is quoted first, and nothing is added without your yes.
